Conclusions about resolutions
It’s not that I have anything against resolutions. If they work for you, fine. However, my feeling is that at least 92% of the time at today’s rates, factoring in interbank relations, price per barrel of crude, the weather, ancient embedded habits and most other variables, resolutions fall away within weeks if not days if not hours, and if I were one for drawing conclusions, which I’m not, I’d conclude that making resolutions was mostly just a daft game, yet another way to set yourself up for a fall.
What I’d propose in respect of handling your unrulier aspects the supercharged way, would be instead to relax deeply about who you are and the way you’re doing things by taking and releasing a few deep breaths and settling into your body so you can feel yourself all the way up and down your spine and all around, and then to see yourself in a most focused way, being, seeming, feeling, looking healthy, powerful, in command of self, beautiful, confident, vibrant, glowing, growing, enthusiastic, successfully engaged with daily life, prospering, loving, loveable, loved, strong, calm, and courageously living your adventure with full authenticity of self brought to bear on each and every moment, fully actively connected to the consciousness, life and love informing your path and loving every minute of it.
And then I’d propose telling yourself aloud, in written form and under your breath, over and over until it became like the frieze on the wallpaper of your mind, ‘Even though I have my foibles, weaknesses and peccadilloes, I am constantly manifesting myself as a strong, powerful, universally successful human being, because of which I love my life and in return my life loves me.’ Or words to that effect.
What to use willpower for?
And the reason I’d propose that over making resolutions, is beyond the seeing and saying, no other effort would be required to effect a profound shift at the subconscious level, which in turn would subsequently automatically benignly affect your behavioural patterns without even having to use willpower.
Rather use willpower to build and maintain your intention as above and the external result you want will flow naturally into being without need for further effort.
Efficiency and fun
It’s efficient and it’s fun.
Which two qualities: efficiency and fun, I intuit to be the viable subtext for this year and this decade. Be efficient and have fun.
But don’t conflate efficiency with boring or dry. Let efficiency be an act of celebrating the Tao by mirroring it. The Tao is completely efficient in generating this world of the ten thousand things for our amusement and education. It manages this simply by expressing its true nature, which is to generate regardless.
And don’t conflate fun with irresponsibility. Mirror the Tao by enjoying (having fun) fulfilling your role as a generator of love, joy and value for everyone to benefit by.
Excitement foreseen
This decade is somehow bound to be the most exciting in human history so far, whichever way things turn out.
Right now, it’s also bound to be a bit bumpy – financially, emotionally and so on – huge flux is occurring as we hurtle forth into the unknown at an apparently exponential rate of acceleration, so it’s only natural to be experiencing momentary inner and outer turbulence.
But hold steady, nerve-wise, use willpower to discipline yourself to visualize yourself as you wish yourself to be, rather than indulge dread and negativity, many times throughout the day and night, if only for nanoseconds each time, and you’ll find yourself riding out any turbulence unscathed and with aplomb.
This is the way of the supercharged.
And I wish it to be of great value to you.
Thankyou for reading this, I know your energy is important.
With love, Supercharged
Be efficient and have fun.
