Supercharged Authenticity

sat-down2Life’s theatre, it’s art: all you do is play your part.

And it doesn’t much matter if you mess it up, as long as you live it with all your heart.

So let’s let go, live it, love it and ride it for all it’s worth, with a proper yeehah and all that corny old jazz.

Eschew the disingenuous

Talking of which, I don’t know about you, but I do find these yeehah/duh-style set-piece emotional indicators so widely used nowadays as part of the smiley face culture taken into offline reality, rather lacking in aesthetics.

I say eschew the mimicry, the unoriginal, be creative instead.

At least be authentic.

The levels of disingenuousness evident all about are staggering.

The method

Being real means being in your skin, your intelligence spread to all parts of you, head to toe.

You may not be nice, friendly or pleasant. You may be downright ornery. But be authentic, I say.

We owe each other at least that if we wish to evolve.

It’s all in the breathing.

Breathe fully, mindfully, slowly and luxuriantly and authenticity takes care of itself.

Then you tend to naturally elicit the same from those around you. Or at least the more you’re in your skin, breathing mindfully, the more those around you will naturally be in their skin too.

This is what makes for better theatre.

Relax, let go

And this is why it doesn’t matter so much if you mess it up from time to time.

By being authentic, the Tao simply uses the apparent messes and faux pas to shunt everyone concerned in the direction that will serve them each better now.

And knowing this – knowing it’s all transpersonal rather than personal – you’re more able to let go and live it, love it and ride it for all it’s worth.

And like that, you get the fullest possible results – the best value, in other words.

Passing thoughts from the coastlines of Ibiza to inspire and exhort you to be the magnificent being of light you truly are and to remind myself.

With love, Supercharged

You may not be nice, friendly or pleasant. You may be downright ornery. But be authentic.
