This very Supercharged Blog provides the perfect example of how by creating or clarifying an intention, in this case, to cut a swath through a few communicational dimensions/layers with love and facilitate a direct connection between highest/deepest levels of consciousness in me and same in you, which to all intents and purposes equates, we assume, to the Tao talking to itself except the Tao doesn’t actually talk, hence why it manifests as us so we can do the talking for it, (how by creating that, in case I’ve lost you), we facilitate a stream of events – in this case, you posting comments and entering into a collective conversation that’ll lead where it leads like a river we haven’t yet navigated.
And though this river will inevitably take its turns through landscapes/scenes of varying degrees of shade and light, the loving intention presumably generates a mutually beneficial result.
Danger?
The danger in discussing the Tao is that we lose ourselves in abstractions and miss the actual juice. Hence why I concentrate on the techniques that open you to direct experience of the Tao and have always resisted the temptation to wax lyrical about the Tao itself. There’s nothing to say about the Tao, other than it’s very nice.
Nice in the original sense of the word: neat.
The Tao is perfectly neat.
Perfectly precise.
Everything is precisely as it is.
It’s only the mind that wants to alter it and make it into something it isn’t.
Reality as we know it subsists on myth.
We generate myth and then enact it.
We do so collectively and individually and we do so instinctually.
The supercharger's art
The art of the Taoist supercharger, is to notice when you’re in myth-mode and to flip yourself back into neat-mode instead.
Neat, as in perfected, pure, harmonized and in full flow and active cooperation with the ever-evolving continuum.
The foundation for this is School For Warriors territory but simply-superchargedly speaking, by allowing your entire focus to settle itself around a point a grape’s distance down from your navel for a moment and letting all other thoughts subside now, you notice a subtle sense of power accumulating there around which the/your whole universe is felt to revolve.
Remain with this a few moments and the energy will start discreetly urging you in a direction, to do this or that. Follow it and you instigate a mysterious journey.
Follow it with an intention to generate quantum leaps or miracles in your life and the lives of those you touch and that’s precisely, neatly where the journey will lead you.
Naturally this could also just be a myth, but if it’s so, it’s a myth with pith and one that produces results.
And we do love a result.
