Aligning yourself with the Great Flow

It’s not so much what you say as how you say it. And how you say it depends on your initial intention and where you say it from.

If you want to convey something, it’s for a result.

This result may be altruistic, self-serving or a combination of both.

To achieve results of real value however, these must be in accord with the ‘will’ or thrust of the Great Flow – the Tao, the Way of things as they are, have been and will be.

They must be somehow life affirming for everyone potentially involved, including you.

Start by realigning yourself internally

To align yourself with the way of the Great Flow, you simply need to align yourself internally.

wall-behindThis comprises straightening and lengthening your spinal column, allowing your skeletal structure to hang in balance around that, relaxing your chest and solar plexus, sinking your weight and centre of physicality down below the level of your navel and sinking your viewpoint back into your midbrain, breathing slowly and purposefully all the while.

In this state, determine the outcome, the result you desire, tailor it to accommodate the highest good and free will of all concerned and hold it in your heart.

Then ask the Tao, your Tao, your cosmic, universal a priori self to produce the perfect opportunity to conduct a conversation with the relevant parties in such a way as to elicit the result you want.

Then let go.

Your opportunity will arise spontaneously.

When it does, pay attention to aligning yourself as above and talking from that state.

Develop a voice of power

Let your voice originate from the centre of your physicality, down below the level of the navel, rise up and be amplified by the warmth (love) in your chest (heart) region and be channeled outwards as if directly via an imaginary opening in the very centre of your forehead, in line with your eyebrows.

Be sure to support each phrase with sufficient breath (breathe in fully before each phrase), in order to give the voice amplitude and timbre.

And inform each syllable with the warmth (love) emanating from your chest (heart) region.

Structuring your content will be the subject of a future article.

Meanwhile, follow all that carefully and you’ll achieve surprisingly satisfying results in important communications from now on.

Along with offering a healing course on this site, it seems fairly obvious a detailed course on communications and vocal skills would be in order too.

I’ll keep you informed as progress develops in that direction.

With love, Supercharged
