The 'Push the limit' video was originally promised as a download but due to various discrepancies in human-technical interface on my part, it's viewable only, which is fine for a video, but I said I'd make it up to you by making an audio you could download and play as you went, audio generally working better in the re-playable downloaded format in any case so all's well that ends well, and this is it. It's not the audio feed from the video - it's entirely fresh and I believe it carries useful and potentially important fresh information.
